Need to fend for yourself for lunch or dinner?  Try this pizza grilled cheese!  It’s easy and quick to make, and tastes delicious.  Be sure to serve it alongside a salad or some cooked veggies for a complete nutritious meal.

Instructions

  1. Spread 1/2 tbsp butter on one of your slices of bread.  Place the other 1/2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Put your non-buttered slice of bread in the skillet once the butter has melted.  Sprinkle about half of the cheese on top, followed by the spinach, and then the rest of the cheese.  Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  3. Cook for about 2 minutes on the first side, or until the bottom slice of bread is a light toasty brown.  Use a spatula to flip and cook another 2 minutes on the second side.
  4. Put on a plate, slice in half, and enjoy dipped into pizza sauce.  Serve alongside a big side salad or cooked veggies.
