A tropical twist on a traditional Puerto Rican coquito recipe, delicious and rich with flavor. Perfect to enjoy all season long or to serve up at your holiday gatherings.
- Mix all ingredients together except for the ice and diced pineapple. Mix until well blended.
- In a food processor blend ice and pineapple until it creates a slush.
- Pour the coquito in a glass and top with pineapple slush.
