In Puerto Rico you’ll find delicious over the top frappes that incorporate fruit and all sorts of toppings. This recipe was developed by Timna Nwokeji of Life As A Maven and is inspired by her Puerto Rican heritage.
- Blend all ingredients for frappe until mixed. You can add ice for an icier take as well. Put in the freezer until whipped cream and toppings are done.
- Whisk sugar and heavy cream on medium until peaks form. I like a slightly creamier whipped cream so I did it in less time.
- Cut up toppings and put together your frappe. Enjoy!
