Smoothie recipe that can be included as part of a reimbursable breakfast or lunch at school. Appropriate for an elementary or middle school portion size.

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender and cover.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Hold for cold service at 41°F or below.
