Resembling a mint-chocolate chip milkshake, this smoothie is a healthier option that provides 8 grams protein, 3grams fiber, and ½ cup fruit in each 10-oz serving. Prep is easy. Blend bananas, spinach, low-fat vanilla yogurt, chocolate chips, and peppermint. Try this if you need a low added-sugar breakfast that tastes like dessert!

Instructions
- Freeze bananas at least one day prior to service. To freeze, peel bananas, and lay on lined sheet pans in a single layer. Cover and place in freezer overnight. Once frozen, bananas can be stored together.
- Place yogurt, fresh bananas, frozen bananas, chocolate chips, spinach, peppermint extract, and millk in a 5 gallon bucket. Blend using an immersion blender until pureed and smooth.
- Pour 10 fl oz smoothies into 12 fl oz cups. Hold and serve at 41°F or below.
