Cheesy Loaded Smashed Potatoes

These cheesy loaded smashed potatoes are about to become your new favorite appetizer. They’re perfect for game day or parties.

Instructions

  1. Boil red potatoes for 12-15 minutes
  2. On parchment paper, smash the red potatoes using a glass or mason jar
  3. Top with oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
  4. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes at 450°
  5. Remove from the oven and top with cheese and crumbled bacon
  6. Place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese has melted
  7. Top with green onion
  8. Serve with ranch dip and sour cream and enjoy!
