This Summer Berry Trifle is the perfect dessert for warm-weather gatherings. Layered with fresh, in-season berries, heavy whipping cream, full-fat cream cheese, and vanilla Greek yogurt for a sweet and creamy bite. It’s easy to make, made for sharing, and the perfect balance of sweet and fresh!

Instructions

  1. Toss berries with sugar if needed and let sit 10–15 minutes until juicy.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla; beat until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  6. Assemble the trifle In a large glass bowl or individual cups by layering cubed cake, berries, creamy dairy filling. Repeat layers 2–3 times, finishing with cream on top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (up to overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
  8. Garnish with additional berries, mint, or chocolate shavings just before serving.
