Creamy, layered, and made with whole milk to bring out that classic banana pudding flavor, this protein-packed banana pudding is perfect for sunny days, sweet cravings, or sharing with a friend.
Instructions
- Peel and slice bananas
- Set aside half and mash the rest for the base
- To a bowl or blender, add Greek yogurt, whole milk, mashed banana, vanilla, cinnamon, sweetener of choice and mix until silky
- Whisk in instant vanilla pudding
- Let sit for 2-3 min
- In a jar, place a thin layer of crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers at the bottom, then layer the pudding and banana slices, and repeat until the jar is filled
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Before serving, top with additional banana slices and cinnamon
