Susan Thiell is a dietetic intern with New England Dairy. She is also a graduate student at Framingham State University, graduating in May 2022 with a degree in Food and Nutrition from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics.
Susan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and marine biology from Roger Williams University. She has worked as a chemist, baker, and food scientist, and farmer. Susan’s professional passions lie in sustainable food systems, food justice, and clinical dietetics.
In her free time, Susan enjoys gardening, baking, hiking, CrossFit, and boating with her husband and daughter.
