Brittany, owner of Shaggy Coos Farm & Creamery, is a first-generation dairy farmer leading a 100% female-owned and operated farm in Easton, CT. She sits on the board of directors for Fairfield Farm Bureau and enjoys working with local vo-ag schools to help inspire the next generation in agriculture. The farm just launched milk home delivery service in 2026.
Marah is a senior at Cornell University studying Animal Science with a concentration in Dairy Management. While originally from CT, her passion for dairy began on her family’s farm, Taft’s Milk & Maple Farm located in Huntington, VT. At Cornell, she serves as president of the Cornell University Dairy Science Club.
