Vanessa Croteau graduated from the University of New Hampshire (UNH), earning a B.S. in nutrition and dual major in ecogastronomy in 2017. Currently, she is completing her master’s degree in nutrition science and dietetic internship at UNH. Originally from Kensington, New Hampshire, she enjoys being active outside and can be found cycling on her time off during the warmer months. Vanessa believes in the power of connecting individuals to the earth using local foods. Upon graduating, she hopes to educate others to lead to a stronger, more sustainable food system.
