As a member of the New England Dairy team since 1991, Heidi currently serves as the Director of Nutrition Programs where she guides and directs programs that educate about sustainable nutrition focusing on link between local agriculture and nourishing food.
With a BS degree in Biology (Muhlenberg College) and an MS degree in Nutritional Sciences (Univ. of Vermont) Heidi is passionate about science and loves the challenge of communicating complex information accurately.
Heidi lives in CT with her husband. And with one daughter in college, and the other a high school senior, Heidi is hanging on tight to as many family meals as she can, cherishing the laughter that happens when family gathers in the kitchen.
