
As a member of the New England Dairy team since 1991, Heidi currently serves as the Director of Nutrition Programs where she guides and directs programs that educate about sustainable nutrition focusing on link between local agriculture and nourishing food.
With a BS degree in Biology (Muhlenberg College) and an MS degree in Nutritional Sciences (Univ. of Vermont) Heidi is passionate about science and loves the challenge of communicating complex information accurately.
Heidi lives in Connecticut with her husband and treasures the times when her adult daughters come home to visit, savoring family meals and the laughter that fills the kitchen when everyone gathers around the table.
