These cheesy loaded smashed potatoes are about to become your new favorite appetizer. They’re perfect for game day or parties.
Instructions
- Boil red potatoes for 12-15 minutes
- On parchment paper, smash the red potatoes using a glass or mason jar
- Top with oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes at 450°
- Remove from the oven and top with cheese and crumbled bacon
- Place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese has melted
- Top with green onion
- Serve with ranch dip and sour cream and enjoy!
