As Farmer Relations Manager for New England Dairy, Elicia oversees our farmer relations program across the region, with a focus on supporting Vermont and New Hampshire farmers. As part of the farmer relations team, she works to communicate the value of New England Dairy to farmers while building consumer trust in dairy.
Elicia brings more than 10 years of communications and public relations experience to her role. Prior to joining New England Dairy in September 2022, she worked in university relations at Vermont’s largest state college. She was named to Vermont Business Magazine’s Rising Stars Class of 2019, which recognizes the top 40 professionals under 40 each year.
She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Media and Communication and a bachelor’s degree in Communication concentrated in Journalism from Castleton University.
Elicia lives in Wallingford, VT with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and listening to podcasts.
