This version of broccoli slaw features sweet and savory flavors and creamy and crunch textures. Yogurt adds more protein and creamy texture to the dressing.

Instructions
- Combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds.
- Combine yogurt, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise and milk. Blend until all ingredients until smooth.
- Add dressing to broccoli mixture. Toss well until the salad is well coated.
- Hold at 41°F or less. (CCP)
- Serve ½ cup portion.
