This Greek Yogurt Dill Pickle Chicken Salad is light, creamy, tangy, and packed with flavor. It’s made with shredded chicken, crunchy dill pickles, a Greek yogurt dressing, and fresh herbs. Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced red onion, and diced dill pickle.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, mayo, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, dried chives, dried dill, and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Add dressing to salad mixture and toss until evenly coated
  4. Add more salt and pepper to taste
