Throughout the month of July, New England Dairy’s Fuel Up to Play 60 team attended six summer meals events. Two events took place in Springfield, MA and four took place in New Haven, CT. During the events students played zero-contact games and were sent home with activity bags that included nutrition information for families.
Supporting summer meals ensures that students have access to milk and meals during the summer months. By following state-specific safety protocols we continue to educate and engage our communities about the important role dairy plays in a nutritious diet.
