Hot Peppadew Cheese Dip

Michelle Nahom (@ADishofDailyLife) was inspired to make this savory dip that includes three types of cheeses and a jar of peppadews after spending some time in the south visiting her son. It takes just 35 minutes to prep and cook the dip, which Michelle recommends serving with crackers, Naan bread, or veggies. Find the recipe here.

Greek Yogurt Mashed Potatoes

In this recipe for mashed potatoes, Chrissy Carroll (@SnackinginSneakers) swaps out heavy cream and half and half for Greek yogurt. As a result, the substitution boosts protein and calcium without sacrificing flavor or texture. Milk-Braised Pork

The lactic acid in milk helps tenderize the pork in this traditional Italian recipe adapted by Caroline Williams of (@Caroline’sCooking). Caroline’s recipe calls for only 8 ingredients and requires about 5 minutes of prep time, but make sure you set aside enough time for cooking. The result is worth it!

Tres Leches Cake

Martha and Jack Pesa’s (@AFamilyFeast) Tres Leches Cake combines comforting flavors of vanilla and cinnamon in this traditional Latin American sponge cake. The light, fluffy sponge gets its moisture from three different types of milk that are called for in this recipe.
