As Nutrition Specialist, Jill is responsible for creating and implementing nutrition programs that will improve the school nutrition environment while activating kids to make healthy choices.  She also directs local dairy campaigns and provides nutrition resources to area health professional organizations. 

Jill was most recently employed by the Vermont Department of Health as a public health nutritionist where she provided individualized nutrition counseling and tailored interventions to address issues such as childhood obesity and heart disease.  Additionally, she was also the Nutrition Coordinator for Hannaford Food and Drug Store in South Burlington, VT. 

Jill is a member of the Vermont Dietetic Association, where she is the Public Relations Chair and Media Spokesperson.  Furthermore, she is actively involved in Vermont Action for Healthy Kids (AFHK), serving as the State Team Liaison.
