As Director of Communication, Jenny is the company spokesperson and coordinates strategic company-wide nutrition and health-related communications to reach a variety of audiences including consumers, health professionals, schools, retailers and foodservice outlets.

Jenny is passionate about communicating science-based nutrition information to the public in user-friendly language, making it easier for consumers to make informed food choices.  

Prior to this position, Jenny was the registered dietitian at Community Servings in Roxbury, MA.  In this role, she provided nutrition education, counseling, and home visits to clients suffering from a life-threatening illness.  She also developed culturally appropriate nutrition education materials and presentations that greatly expanded the organization’s reach within the community.    

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University, where she also completed her dietetic internship.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association and Massachusetts Action for Healthy Kids.
